A Ship in Harbor is Safe

Knowing we need to take risks is easier said than done. It's hard to go against our natural inclination to stay in our comfort zones, but the payoff is usually so big and great that it's well worth braving our fears. Growth can only happen when we take risks and we can either learn from the failure or reap the huge benefits of our successes from taking a chance.

We can view getting out of our comfort zone as a great gift to reaching our full potential. We have to own opportunities that are offered to us and not let them go to waste so we can rise like a phoenix! ;)
